There have been 3,879 days we have been on the planet, and that is one reason we are all that we are. However, we have to be intentional about how we want to live our days and that is how we can learn to become more self-aware.

I’ll let you in on a little secret. You can learn to become more self-aware only by becoming aware of the things that matter to you. For example, learning to play the cello is only one thing that matters to me. Learning to listen to my breathing is another. Learning to do yoga is another. Learning to listen to people and their thoughts are yet another.

By being aware of what matters to you, you will become more aware of what matters to you.

That may sound like a lot, but it’s also a tiny bit of what self-awareness means. If you’re like most people, you tend to be quite oblivious to the things that matter to you, which is why it’s important to understand what matters to you.

This is one of those paradoxes that makes it hard to tell how effective it actually is. In general, the more you’re aware of what matters to you and how it affects your life, the more you become aware of how its affecting the rest of the world. Thats why I think it’s so important to get a handle on it. If you find that you’re becoming more aware of what matters to you, you can begin to do something about it.

If you make a habit of checking your own personal goals and then making a conscious effort to give them a bit more attention, you can make a big difference. For example, if you start to realize that you are getting more out of your time on this planet than you probably intended you can begin to take more control over your time and make more of a difference in your life.

I’ve started to realize that I am really, really good at getting things done, and that’s not because I have more time. It’s because I have more time than I thought I had. The best way to take control of your life is to start making a conscious effort to make yourself more aware of what matters to you.

I use the term Consciousness Awareness to describe a state of mind where you consciously set aside what is important to you and decide to focus on something else. In your case, that is your health.

The main reason I called this “consciousness awareness” is because you are willing to be responsible for the future. A person who has a conscious mind and a conscious body is a person who has a consciousness. Now, if you want to be responsible for your own health, you have to be willing to be responsible for the future.

The truth is, you can be healthy all you want, but your body can’t, and you can’t choose not to be. You are only responsible for the things that you choose to do, even if you don’t realize it. It’s the same with your health. You have to be responsible for the things you choose to do, even if you don’t realize it.
