But I think the main reason you need to make this dish is so you can have the rice ready to serve with soup and your favorite side. But I also think you should make it in the summertime. You can cook it in the oven and have it ready for when you want it.

I haven’t tried making this in the oven before, but I don’t think it should be in the summer because it’s a bit of a shortcoming if it’s too hot. I like to eat it on the countertop because I think it’s more healthy.

It was a bit of an experiment for my friend, who had no idea what kind of meat to use in the recipe. He wound up using a mix of chicken, veal, and pork.
