If you are one who has to get out of the house, you can easily slip into a routine that is all about getting ready for the day. But what you don’t realize is that you are actually doing it in a way that is more efficient, but it may not be as efficient as you think. In fact, you could slip into a routine that is less efficient than you think.
In India, many urban people have the habit of preparing for the day by doing an activity that they have set themselves up for. For example, if you are a student, you may need to go to a library to catch up on all the books that you have lost. But in the same way, you may not have realized that you are actually doing it in a way that is less efficient than you think. In fact, you could slip into a routine that is less efficient than you think.
When you say routine, you’re probably thinking of a series of automatic acts that are done without thinking about it. This is the same thing that happens when you work out in the gym. You’re not thinking about how much weight you need to lift, or how many reps you need to complete the exercise. You just lift heavy, go out and do a set, come back, do a set, go out and do another set, etc.
It’s a big deal in a lot of cases. If you’re working out on a set of routine, then you want to just go out and do other work, and then take your time, get some rest, get some rest, do a set, go out and do another set, etc. You’re talking about a regular routine, but you don’t want to do that because it’s not worth doing.
It’s easy to say that you don’t want to do more than 3 sets of biceps. You may be getting bored, you may be sore, you may be going too easy, you may be having trouble getting your heart rate up, etc. But you can’t just say you don’t want to do more reps. You have to have a reason.
My new game is a bit of both, but a lot of the time I don’t want to do more than 3 sets. I just want to go out and do another set. That’s not something I really want to do, but I do know I dont want to do more than 3 sets because its just boring. Its easy to just say you dont want to do more than 3 sets, and then say you cant do more than 3 sets because its just boring.
It’s a good strategy. If you want to do a workout, you tell yourself you dont want to do more than 3 sets, and then do a workout. If you feel you should be doing more reps, you tell yourself nothing. You just do the workout, and hope you dont get too bored with it.
The best way to not get bored with any workout is to just do it. Some of the best workouts I have done have been when I just did it and was done. You dont have to be a great athlete to do a cardio workout. All you have to do is do it once in a while. If you feel like you should be doing more, you just do it and hope you dont get too bored.
